I just listened to Episode #9: Embracing Inner Healing with Jill Baumgartner and really enjoyed it!
I found it interesting how Jill said therapy is important to have support on the path of self-growth and it's important to process through the invisible wounds that we have.
I liked how she said that if someone is emotionally disregulated, they need to do work first with their nervous system in order to do some insightful work.
